Our techs have got lots of experience with website migration and can handle everything – from a normal WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™–based site, to a highly elaborate, custom–built application.

A: We strive to implement all website migrations ASAP. Still, we don’t have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are certain factors that you have to take into consideration – the very size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always strive to perform each migration within 48 hours. With less sizeable sites, our team typically manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

After the transfer is done, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised prior to notifying you that the transfer is complete. After that, we will instruct you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS settings.

A: No. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can transfer your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform so long as we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we cannot transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
